Logging

For problem analysis, the Viper.NET logs can be used. The logs are both displayed in the user interface and written to log files.

The log system is configurable. In particular, the location of the log files can be determined in the configuration.

Hint

Please send current log files with support requests if possible. Specifying the time at which an error occurred also helps with troubleshooting.

Warning

Since the log files are overwritten over time, it is recommended to make a copy of the files immediately in case of an error.
